Portrait & Life Studies

Recent studies from sessions at Wolverhampton Society of Artists and another group I paint with – “Art Mechanics”. I like to paint directly during the sessions, usually only about 2 hours long, using a very limited palette of acrylics, usually white, prussian blue and burnt sienna.
One or two of these are unfinished, but mostly I am content to leave them as they are, studies and sketches. I aim to produce some more finished paintings in due course, as time allows.
